Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about testing, shipping, storage, returns and our research-use policy. Can't find your question? Contact us; we answer within one business day.

Are your peptides for human use?

No. Every product we sell is strictly for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, and not for use in diagnostic procedures. Ordering requires an attestation that materials are purchased for legitimate research.

How do you verify purity?

Our policy requires every batch to pass independent third-party testing before it is listed: HPLC purity, endotoxin (LAL), heavy metals (ICP-MS) and sterility. Production certificates must match the batch ID printed on each vial. The current Independent Testing & Sample Certificate page labels its displayed entries and linked PDF as samples.

What purity level are your peptides?

All peptides are 99%+ purity by HPLC, with the exact figure for the current batch (e.g. 99.42%) shown on each product page and its certificate of analysis.

What happens if a batch fails testing?

It is destroyed. Failed batches are never discounted, relabeled or sold. If independent testing of a vial from your order ever shows results materially below the published certificate, we refund or replace the full order and pay for the testing.

How much is shipping, and when is it free?

Orders of $400 or more ship free. Below $400, shipping is charged at the rate quoted at checkout.

How are peptides shipped — do they need cold packs?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for days to weeks, so standard transit does not affect them. Refrigerate vials on arrival and they'll remain within specification for 24+ months sealed.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before the daily carrier cutoff ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Tracking is emailed within one business day of dispatch.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened vials cannot be returned — peptides are handling-sensitive research materials and cannot be resold. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced free with photos within 7 days.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Larger boxes already reduce the per-milligram cost shown on each product page. For quantities beyond the listed boxes, email sales@allenbiotechpeptides.com with the compounds and quantities you need.

What is the difference between your box sizes?

Each product is offered in boxes of 2, 5 or 10 vials of the same strength. Larger boxes lower the cost per milligram; the exact cost-per-mg range is listed in every product's specification table.

How should I store peptides when they arrive?

Keep sealed lyophilized vials refrigerated at 2–8°C away from light — they remain stable 24+ months. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within about 30 days, and never freeze a reconstituted vial. Our storage guide covers the details.

What do I reconstitute peptides with?

Bacteriostatic water (sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the standard for multi-week protocols; the preservative permits repeated draws from one vial for about 30 days. We stock USP-grade bacteriostatic water in 10mL vials, and our reconstitution guide walks through the full procedure.

What does 'doubly validated' mean on your spec tables?

Two independent laboratories test each batch rather than one: purity is verified by HPLC at one lab, while endotoxin, heavy-metals and sterility screening run at a second. Both sets of results must pass before a batch is listed.

Do you publish certificates for every batch?

Our policy requires four certificates per product batch (HPLC purity, endotoxin, heavy metals, sterility) to be published before sale and matched to each vial's batch ID. The current Independent Testing & Sample Certificate page contains labeled sample entries and a placeholder PDF; they do not verify a purchased vial.

Are blends like GLOW and KLOW tested the same way?

Yes. Combination vials and blends go through the same four-assay verification per batch. Their product pages document the exact per-component breakdown (for example GLOW: 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500, 50mg GHK-Cu per 70mg vial).

Why do you require an age and research-use attestation at checkout?

Research chemicals are restricted materials. Checkout requires you to certify that you are 21 or older and purchasing for laboratory research use only. We may refuse or cancel orders where intended misuse is suspected.

Can I get help choosing between related compounds?

Yes. Email sales@allenbiotechpeptides.com. We can point you to the published research summarized on each product page (for example the differences between semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, or between the 10mg and 40mg MOTS-c formats). We do not provide medical advice or usage guidance.

Do you have reviews or references?

Product reviews are collected from verified purchasers. You can review our testing policy, sample-document page and testing-laboratory information directly. The displayed entries and linked PDF are samples, not proof for a purchased batch.
